#11 Why does my picture frame freeze during a slide show?

This is usually caused by a damaged or incompatible file on the frames memory or the memory card. If the slide show stops on a certain file consistently, try deleting that file. Be sure you have a backup copy before deleting any files! If this does not help, reformatting the frames memory or the memory card will often resolve the issue.
